ABOUT US

Glendale Village is a family oriented Community located in Jackson Township, Canton, Ohio. Children in our community attend the Jackson Local Schools for their public education. US News and World Reports has awarded Jackson High School a Silver Medal ranking it in the top 3% of high schools in the United States. In addition, the Ohio Department of Education has consistently rated the district as Excellent. Our community is governed by the Jackson Township Trustees, and we receive the benefits of an extensive park system with many recreational / sports facilities and activities. Thousands of township residents participate in organized youth sports programs along with many adult activities each year.

We are a diverse community with residents of different cultures, ethnic backgrounds, ages, and vocations. Our community contains 46 single family homes making it easy to know your neighbors.

Glendale Village is managed by an unpaid Board of Directors composed of five homeowners, and the community operates under a set of Deed Restrictions and Guidelines and Regulations.  The services are funded by yearly dues paid by the homeowners and managed by the Board of Directors. All residents are members of the HOA by nature of their deed and are subject to support and follow the policies, guidelines, and restrictions of this organization. The board works to help assure an attractive, compatible, and aesthetically pleasing community, thus helping to maintain our property values.
