Founded in 2021, the Glendale Village HOA is  committed to enhancing each member’s living experiences by providing a wide range of services for them to enjoy. For us, what matters most is maintaining a high standard for our community to grow and develop and making sure residents feel valued and part of our thriving neighborhood.

​The function of the homeowners association includes governing the body, assessing fees to meet our budget, maintenance and upkeep of common areas, and to provide a sense of continuity of aesthetic standards when members decide to change the outside appearance of their property while promoting the health, safety, and welfare of our residents. Our goal is to keep all properties within our association in compliance with the requirements of laws, ordinances, regulations, zoning, and restrictions while helping to protect the property values of all of our members
